All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product availability, errors in product description or price, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We offer nationwide delivery across Nigeria. Delivery times typically range from 1-5 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order value and destination.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-returnable items: Custom wigs, clearance items, and products that have been worn or altered. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
